The Welcome Committee will help you navigate your move to the mountains.
The Safety Committee is responsible for reviewing any safety issues that come before the HOA and making recommendations regarding action. The Fire committee coordinates our fire protection efforts and represent us to local fire departments, and CALFIRE, and makes sure we achieve and maintain our FIREWISE accreditation. Butte County Volunteer hours are tracked as part of this effort. A form for tracking hours can be found on the Documents page.
The Architectural Committee reviews all requests for alterations and improvements to your lot in accordance with the CC&R's. An application for review can be found on the Documents page.

The Fundraising and Improvements Committee is responsible for organizing events throughout the year with the goal of raising money to make improvements to the village.
The Senior Advisory Committee is made up of past board members who serve as an advisory group to the Board of Directors.

Our Home Owners Association employs Hignell to collect dues, provide management advice, and conduct business on behalf of the HOA.
Current dues are $1296/year or $324/quarter. Quarterly Dues must be received by Hignell no later than Aug 1, Nov 1, Feb 1, and May 1. Automatic payments can be set up on the website.
